Volunteers Needed!
We need your help in making it a wonderful experience for all.

There are several areas where volunteers needed:
Parade Walkers: 4:30 pm to end of parade route
Parade Walkers will walk with the entries the complete route to make sure the gaps stay even and the parade flows smoothly. (200 volunteers needed)
VIP: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
VIP volunteers will work with our dinitaries to make sure they are where they need to be in the parade as well as those sitting along the route. (8 needed)
Float Staging Area: 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Those in the staging areas will make sure the entries are all accounted for, that they have their entry numbers and that they enter the parade at the correct time. (5 volunteers needed)
Band and Equestrian Staging Area: 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Those in the staging areas will make sure the entries are all accounted for, that they have their entry numbers and that they enter the parade at the correct time. (4 volunteers needed)
Entry Check-in: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Will be located in the set up area on Forest Park. Will check the entries in and help with getting them lined up and making sure their entry number is visible. (4 -6 volunteers needed)
Spotters: 4:30 pm to parade end
Will work the review stands helping the commentators keep on track with the entries and letting them know when there is a gap. Will also need to watch and make sure the correct entry matches the commentator's book. (6 -8 volunteers needed)
Holiday Fun Zone: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Help in the kids area with crafts and fun stuff. (10 Volunteers needed)
Sales/Vendors: 1:30 pm to 7:45 pm
Will walk the Parade route selling all types of novelties (6 volunteers needed)
Volunteer Support: 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm
These volunteers will help prepare meals for the Event Management Team as well as check volunteers in as they arrive. (3 volunteers needed)
There will be a volunteer meeting prior to the parade at 4:00 pm in the Volunteer area on the OLD TANDY Parking Lot.
