Applications to participate in the 2016 XTO Energy Parade of Lights are now being accepted. Please click the link below to go directly to our online application process. The deadline for entry is Friday, October 14.
Current applicants are invited to review the information below, as well as our Parade Policies. You will be responsible for the rules and regulations set forth in our policies.
By applying for and being accepted into the XTO Energy Parade of Lights, you agree to abide by these policies, and allow Downtown Fort Worth Initiatives, Inc., or its assignees, to use your entry, its likeness and the likeness of any and all entry participants in any future promotional or marketing materials.
You also agree to have the requisite number of lights on either your walkers, float, vehicle, horse and/or carriage. For our 33rd parade, you will have to pass an inspection at the staging area, and, if your entry is found to be deficient in lights, you will be pulled from the lineup. Our lights are what keep us at the top of the attractions in the Metroplex over the holidays!
Our deadline for entries is Friday, October 14. Notices will go out all approved participants as to their status on October 21.
